Neil, at Window Well Guardian replaced my window wells in September, 2021. They did a great job, and I was very happy with their work. Then, in September, 2023, I noticed a small issue with one of them. Neil came out to look at it, and he had the damaged well replaced within three weeks. It speaks volumes about Neil's integrity and the way that he runs this business that he stands behind his work and provides excellent customer service. The team went above and beyond to replace my old concrete window wells that were not up to code. Cutting out concrete wells seems about the worst possible job. When I told Neil that I had a very important phone call during the installation (I was not able to use headphones for this one) he adjusted the crew's schedule so that I did not have to compete with loud construction noise during that meeting. That kind of care and consideration left me speechless. The new wells are great, pricing and reliability is top notch. Would DEFINITELY recommend Window Well Guardian to anyone needing wells.

Our old windows wells were very rusted out. Neil and his team were very professional, respectful to our property. They started on time and finished on time, cleaned after the work was completed, refiled the rocks around the window wells which made our yard look so much better. The new windows wells look great. High quality work and reasonably priced! I definitely would recommend Neil and his team above others.
